VMS like Fieldglass require that every new candidate entered into the system is given a unique identifier. When Interviewing candidates with Filtered, you may want to save this unique ID for reporting purposes, especially if you are not using a Filtered integration.

To save the unique ID, click on the Settings gear in any interview.

This will open a prompt that asks you to input the ID. Copy + paste the ID into this field. Click save.

If you attempt to share an interview submission before adding any unique ID, you will be given a warning, and can go directly to the prompt by clicking "Go to candidate settings".
