A Candidate Live Room can only be created for a candidate that has already completed an asynchronous (independent/take-home assessment) interview. Candidate Live Rooms allow you to import the results of the asynchronous interview into the live room for review and discussion. If you need to create a Live Room for a Candidate that did not already complete an asynchronous interview, you can use Open Live Rooms.

First, you'll need to locate the Candidate Profile. Click on Candidates from the toolbar at the top of your screen.
