Click on Live Room from the toolbar at the top of your screen.
Then select Open Live Rooms.
Click on Create an Open Live Room.
Provide a name for your interview.
The best practice is to name the room after your candidate (use full name) and the Role Name. This will allow you to search for all Open Live Rooms you've created for this role later when reviewing those candidates.
Type or select the team members who will interview the candidate from the Interviewer List drop-down.
You can add multiple interviewers.
Enter the Candidate's Name.
7. Enter the candidate's email.
They will need to provide this email to join the Live Room interview.
Provide a description of your live room if desired.
Adjust the environments list based on what is needed for this role and this interview. Some of the environments you need may not be enabled or vice versa.
Once you've made all your edits, click on Create Open Live Room.
Click on Share Details.
Click on Copy Full Invitation.
Create your calendar invite.
(A Google Calendar invite is shown below. You can add your Live Room meeting link to any calendar invite.)
Paste the Interview Link in the meeting description.
Don't forget to invite all interviewers and the candidate.
Save and send your invitation.
